Corporate Dog Therapy in Manchester: A Case Study at City Tower
7 October 2025
When planning a wellbeing initiative for your team, you want to be sure you’re working with a company that prioritises both professionalism and care. At Moment to Paws, we combine expert knowledge in canine behaviour with a passion for supporting workplace wellbeing, ensuring that every event is safe, enjoyable, and impactful for both humans and dogs alike.
Expertise You Can Trust
Moment to Paws was founded by Kate Soames, a qualified dog trainer with the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT) and holder of a Level 6 Diploma in Applied Canine Behaviour. Kate’s professional background means that every dog who attends one of our events has undergone a comprehensive behaviour assessment. This ensures that each dog is not only comfortable but genuinely happy in a corporate environment, creating the best possible experience for your employees.
Licensed and Inspected
We are proud to be licensed by Leeds City Council (Licence number 24/00873/COMM) under The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. Gaining this licence required us to undergo a thorough inspection of our policies and practices, including an in-person assessment by a council inspector at one of our events. This accreditation provides our clients with complete reassurance that our welfare standards meet – and exceed – the highest expectations.
The Benefits for Your Team
Corporate life can be fast-paced and demanding. Time spent with dogs during the working day has been shown to:
- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Boost morale and productivity
- Encourage social interaction and connection within teams
- Provide a much-needed wellbeing break that supports both mental and emotional health
By bringing calm, friendly dogs into your workplace, we help create an uplifting and restorative environment that your team will carry forward into their working day.

Your peace of mind matters to us. Moment to Paws is fully insured, covering both our dogs and the activities we deliver at your workplace.
