Corporate Dog Therapy Events: The Top 3 Questions We’re Always Asked
2 April 2026Our recent visit to Landmark in Manchester was the very definition of why Moment to Paws exists.
1 room
2 hours
4 dogs
80 people
Hundreds of smiles, laughs and 'ahhhhs'.
Not to mention all the strokes, tummy rubs and cuddles.
Bella, Cayt, Opie and Tilly were supawstars as always, and love their job, but it's especially rewarding when you can literally feel any work worries, tension or stress melt away from everyone who walks through the door.
The space for this event was a gym, which might be why 5-year old Labrador Cayt felt the need to zoom around for 20 seconds on her arrival, but that was the most energetic activity of the session.
From then on the overriding energy was calm, chilled out distraction, helping everyone to spend time thinking about nothing except the four-legged fur balls lying next to them.
Bella, our Golden Retriever, is the veteran of the team. She was quite happy flat out on the rug in the middle of the room, letting people come to her for strokes.
Opie, now fully-recovered from her 48-hour solo escapade in Shropshire last month, made full use of the cushions as usual, while Tilly curled up next to whoever was offering the best tummy-rubs.
Meanwhile, Cayt worked the room in her trademark style, casually collapsing beside people in search of fuss (she loves a fuss).
It was the perfect recipe for the relaxed, feel-good buzz that Moment to Paws events are about, and before we knew it the two hours was up.
The lint rollers came out, the staff left (many didn't want to, as is commonly the case...), and we packed away all the kit, leaving the gym ready for it's next - probably more strenuous(!) - activity.
Then the dogs headed home for a well-earned rest - it's hard work being stroked all day!
