• By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
• The prize draw is being run by Moment to Paws Ltd.

Eligibility to enter

• The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age. 
• Only companies within Moment to Paws Ltd’s current area of service are eligible to enter. Moment to Paws operates across Yorkshire and Manchester. 
• The competition is open to all companies with thirty or more employees. 
• It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that all relevant permissions have been granted for dogs to be allowed within the business, and that an event may take place within three months of being notified of winning.
• A maximum of one entry per company address is permitted.
• Companies with multiple addresses within the competition’s area of eligibility may enter for each location. 
• The competition is open to new and existing customers of Moment to Paws Ltd. Existing customers with bookings not yet taken cannot redeem the prize against an existing booking, but may book another event should their entry be selected. 
• The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

• The prize draw is open from 1st January to midnight 31st January 2025.
• To enter the prize draw, complete all fields on the online form which can be found on our website here: https://www.momenttopaws.co.uk/win/
• Moment to Paws Ltd will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize

• The prize consists of one, two hour dog therapy session, with up to four dogs, subject to Moment to Paws Ltd standard terms and conditions.
• The winner will be drawn at random.
• The prize must be taken within three months of the winner being notified, between Tuesday and Thursday. 
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• The decision of Moment to Paws Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

• The winner will be notified after 4th February 2025 via the email provided during entry.
• Moment to Paws Ltd will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
• If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Moment to Paws reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Data protection and publicity

• You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Moment to Paws for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
• All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at [email protected]
• The winner agrees to the use of the company name and image in any publicity material, prior to and following the event.
• An announcement of the winners place of work will be made via Moment to Paws website and social media profiles.
• All personal information shall be used in accordance with Moment to Paws Ltd Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

• Moment to Paws Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.

General

• Moment to Paws Ltd reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
• The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
