Walk and Talk with Moment to Paws

(Female only service)

Looking after your wellbeing has never been more important.

We are delighted to be able to continue to bring you Walk and Talk over lockdown in line with government guidelines.

Walk and Talk allows you to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of spending time with a dog combined with the physical and mental benefits of getting outdoors for some fresh air with a qualified Coach in a non-judgemental, safe environment.

Not everyone is in a position to own their own dog. But we don’t think that should stop you from getting the stress relieving, mood enhancing and connection forming benefits that they bring to us.

Why choose Walk and Talk?

If you’re reading this, the chances are you’re a dog lover. So we don’t need to tell you how dogs have an innate ability to put a huge smile on our faces and make us feel good.

Choosing Walk and Talk will help you to:

  • Gain focus and clarity
  • Boost your mood naturally
  • Lower levels of anxiety
  • Reduce stress
  • Relax muscle tension
  • Lower your blood pressure
  • Relax
  • Improve cardiovascular health
  • And most importantly, have some fun!

What exactly is Walk and Talk?

Regardless of your situation, we all need some ‘time out’. And what better way than meeting Moment to Paws for a walk in the park or your nearby green space.

You will have the opportunity to spend 45 minutes with one of our amazing dogs, walking, cuddling and playing ‘til your heart’s content.

As a certified coach and NLP Practitioner trained in non-judgmental listening, I will be on hand to chat informally about any challenges you are experiencing and guide you to modify potentially negative patterns of thinking. Or maybe you just want to escape, have a laugh and get those mood enhancing hormones flowing! Either way, I am here for you.

“I can’t recommend working with Kate at Moment to Paws enough. Walks for Good have been an absolute lifesaver over the last few weeks. I now have a reason to get outside and it’s something I look forward to every week. My anxiety levels have decreased and I’ve really benefitted from Kate’s ability to make me see things differently, alongside cuddles with Ruby of course!”
