Walk and Talk allows you to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of spending time with a dog combined with the physical and mental benefits of getting outdoors for some fresh air with a qualified Coach in a non-judgemental, safe environment.
Not everyone is in a position to own their own dog. But we don’t think that should stop you from getting the stress relieving, mood enhancing and connection forming benefits that they bring to us.

What exactly is Walk and Talk?
Regardless of your situation, we all need some ‘time out’. And what better way than meeting Moment to Paws for a walk in the park or your nearby green space.
You will have the opportunity to spend 45 minutes with one of our amazing dogs, walking, cuddling and playing ‘til your heart’s content.
As a certified coach and NLP Practitioner trained in non-judgmental listening, I will be on hand to chat informally about any challenges you are experiencing and guide you to modify potentially negative patterns of thinking. Or maybe you just want to escape, have a laugh and get those mood enhancing hormones flowing! Either way, I am here for you.
