Do you want to do something extra to support your team over the second lockdown? Are you concerned for the wellbeing of your employees?
Why offer Walk and Talk to your employees?
During the last lockdown, there was a marked increase in those experiencing mental health conditions, alongside feelings of isolation and loneliness.
Providing your team with an opportunity to take an active break during the working day to chat with a certified business coach and spend time with a dog will help to:
- Lower levels of anxiety
- Boost the release of mood enhancing hormones
- Increase levels of focus and clarity
- Improve levels of engagement
- Increase productivity
- Increase physical activity
- Boost overall wellbeing
How will it work exactly?
You may have specific people in mind who would benefit from this service, or you may want to offer it to all staff. Either way, let us deal with as many of the logistics as possible.
The first step is to complete an enquiry form telling us a little about your requirements. Once we know your requirements, we will be able to give you a bespoke quote. From there, we will be in touch with a sign up sheet which can be sent directly to your employees containing all the details we need in order to arrange suitable public spaces and timings for each Walk and Talk.
We know there’s a lot to think about at the moment. That’s why we’ll take care of all the admin, freeing you up to concentrate on what’s important.
Where do we operate?
Walk and Talk is currently available in Leeds, Harrogate, York and everywhere in between.
About Moment to Paws
Moment to Paws connects individuals and organisations with the positive influence dogs have on our health and wellbeing through coaching and events.
After leaving the corporate world after 10+ years, our founder Kate went on to specialise in animal assisted therapy, alongside gaining formal qualifications in coaching. Her aim is to provide organisations with employee wellbeing solutions, through canine assisted events, workshops and coaching.
Spending just 15 minutes with a dog has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and blood pressure, lower levels of anxiety, support mental health, increase team cohesion and promote honest and open communication.
