I hear you! I felt the same. But I knew it had the potential to change my life. So I gave it a go.

Sadly my suspicion was confirmed.

That’s why I decided to change it.

I thought about how I needed to feel before I could dig deep and lean into the inner work. Calm, relaxed, open, energetic, positive, uninhibited, free of judgement; the opposite of how I actually felt within traditional coaching.

So I committed to creating this environment, for ladies like myself, who might feel awkward or uncomfortable when the focus is on them. To make the journey one you look forward to. To free your mind to allow you to solely focus on your fulfillment. 

And so Moment to Paws coaching was born!

Say hello to Ruby

Ruby will be here for every step of your journey. She’ll come close when she senses you need support, create distraction when your mind needs to temporarily switch off and she’ll make you laugh just when you need it the most. 

She’ll encourage us to head out for a walk to get the endorphins flowing. She’ll epitomise my vow of unconditional acceptance and zero judgement.  

But what’s the best thing about involving Ruby in your journey? She’ll make it easy for you to get results. She’ll lift the brain fog, dispel any feelings of anxiety and allow your subconscious feelings to float to the surface…and we’ll have a great deal of fun while we’re at it!

A bit about me

Hey, I'm Kate,

Recovering perfectionist, self doubter and overthinker. Demon conqueror. Professional coach and certified NLP practitioner.

My twenties were spent in a bubble of self doubt, self comparison and self critique. Yet to the world’s eye, I had it all together. Confident, ambitious, sociable.

This facade wasn’t an overnight success. Oh no, I’d worked on that bad boy for many years. And it served me well; I had a great career, great friends and on the surface of it, a great life.

But living in a permanent state of incongruence isn’t sustainable for anyone. I had demons that I’d never faced head on. In my early twenties, I battled with anxiety, an eating disorder and an addiction to exercise. As with most things back then, I opted for a ‘just get on with it’ approach; and it kind of worked. But these things have a habit of creeping up on you…

Admitting how you’re feeling takes guts. It’s a huge first step. It’s one that I avoided for far too long.

But once I got on that path, WOW. Lightbulb moments, ‘aha’s’, call them what you will. I felt like I’d been living my life completely wrong and at the same time, knew that I had the power to change it. It was like my body being flooded with a new kind of energy, one that I’m able to tap into every time I need a friendly reminder that ‘I’ve got this’. 

For the first time, I felt truly connected to my ‘self’ and as someone who had resisted it for so long, I knew I had to deliver those same results in a more accessible way to ladies like you. 

That’s how I got to the point I’m at today. And I’m here to tell you that this is your life. You get to choose your way forward. But if you’re at a crossroads, T junction or what feels like a dead end, then know I am right here. And I would be honoured to help guide you on your way. I am undeniable proof that it’s possible.

The essence of Moment to Paws life coaching is rooted in helping you to reconnect with your inner energy, bringing alignment into every area of your life. I take a holistic approach drawing on NLP, CBT, mindfulness, positive psychology and energy work.

Your 3 month coaching programme

  • 1 x initial 90-minute face to face intention setting session 
  • 10 x 60-minute dog assisted coaching sessions (1 per week)
  • 1 x 60-minute follow up session
  • Follow up actions and recommendations
  • Tools to help support your growth
  • Access to me during the week via WhatsApp

Your investment: 3 x monthly payments of £200 or one full payment of £550. 

After the initial three month period, we can discuss further coaching packages.

The fine print

When we start working together, I am committed to your growth. A lot of work goes on behind the scenes to support this so I ask that:

1.

You are committed to action. Your growth will come through small actions done consistently so I ask you to hold yourself accountable in between sessions.

2.

Sessions can be rescheduled if it’s an emergency. But not because you’re generally busy’. Progress will only come if you make yourself a priority.

3.

Your subconscious mind will try to protect you from change. You need to be ready to do the ‘inner work’.

4.

Payment is made in full ahead of each session.
